OEM/ODM Speaker Project Workflow
Both parties confirm the project scope, cooperation framework, confidentiality requirements and basic commercial terms before the project starts.
The buyer provides the target product type, appearance direction, key functions, target price, market positioning, quantity estimate and compliance requirements. Deluxe AV reviews the project from both technical and commercial perspectives.
The project timeline is confirmed based on product complexity, customization scope, tooling requirements, sample validation needs and production schedule.
The project is reviewed across structure, electronics, acoustics, lighting, tooling, manufacturing process, cost and compliance requirements. Potential risks and adjustment suggestions are identified before development moves forward.
Deluxe AV prepares the preliminary product solution, including structural direction, electronic solution, acoustic target, lighting scheme and key technical specifications. Adjustments are made based on buyer feedback.
After the main specifications, development scope and commercial terms are confirmed, the project moves to the development stage. Tooling, sample or development fees are confirmed according to the agreed project scope.
The buyer can provide an existing ID design, or Deluxe AV can support ID development based on product requirements. The final industrial design is confirmed before engineering development starts.
The engineering team prepares structural drawings, PCB layout, component arrangement and prototype samples for appearance, structure and functional review.
The buyer reviews prototype appearance, function, control layout, lighting effect, acoustic direction and accessory configuration. Revisions are made according to confirmed feedback.
After prototype approval, tooling or mold development starts where required. Trial samples are produced to verify structure, assembly, function and manufacturability before mass production.
Packaging elements are confirmed before production, including gift box design, master carton, labels, user manual, barcode, warning labels, accessory layout and printing files.
A pilot run is arranged before mass production. Checks may include aging test, drop test, vibration test, temperature and humidity testing, acoustic check, lighting consistency and functional inspection based on the product model and project requirements.
After pilot validation and material preparation, mass production is arranged with incoming material checks, in-process inspection, assembly control, aging test and final quality inspection.
After production and final inspection, Deluxe AV supports packing confirmation, shipment coordination, spare parts arrangement, troubleshooting guidance, quality feedback handling and follow-up model planning.
