Kodak’s product team needed a portable Bluetooth speaker designed specifically for retail channels in the US and EU. Their expectations were clear but demanding:

1.Industrial & Structural Design (ID/ME)
(1)Material selection: The plastic shell is made of high-quality ABS engineering plastic, which has excellent rigidity and vibration resistance.
(2)Structural design: Reasonable internal layout, optimized low-frequency performance.
(3)Appearance and usage: Elegant and stylish design, suitable for home, entertainment, and office environments.
2.Electronic Development (PCBA)
(1)Core component selection: High integration audio specific MCU is selectedto reduce distortion rateand optimize sound field positioning.
(2)Power amplifier components: Select appropriate amplifier chips (with lower distortion) , suitable for different scenarios such as portable audio, home Hi Fi, professional stages, etc.
3.Reliability & Certification Support

4.Mass Production
(1)Prototype confirmation: Complete the prototype production according to customer requirements and provide confirmation to the customer
(2)Material procurement: Purchase materials in bulk based on BOM list
(3)Production and installation: Start large-scale production according to standardized processes; ​
(4)Inspection and control: Implement a combination of full inspection and random inspection to ensure consistent batch quality; ​
